Commonly Asked Questions ->

Can you please provide me with a list of the suppliers that you support?

So given the unique nature of our software, we do not make public the suppliers we currently support, in order to protect our current drop shipping customers. As they have gone through the process of finding their own suppliers, we keep those suppliers confidential at all times.

The supplier that we talk about publicly, and this is for the sake of demonstration only, is Kmart. The only other one is Drop Ship Zone, referred to as DSZ. Other than that, all our customers chosen suppliers are kept confidential.

If you would like to know if your suppliers can be supported by Scarcity Manger, you can either send us an email and ask. Or... if they meet our criteria, then they will be supported.

Please see the entry "How do I know if my suppliers are supported" in the Knowledge Base

Commonly Asked Questions ->

How do I know if my suppliers are supported?

Scarcity Manager works in every country, so as long as your suppliers meet our criteria, then you can use our services.

We require the following:

 1. No personal logon details. (there are exceptions with Drop Shipping sites - so if using a drop shipping service, pls ask) For example, we use a universal login for viewing stock status of Drop Ship Zone, so this is not an issue.
2. A clear indication if the item you are selling is in stock, or out of stock, with a 'Buy it Now' button, or 'add to cart' etc... If it is out of stock, then we need to see 'sold out' or 'out of stock' etc.
3. A unique URL leading straight to the item you are selling. Not to a login page, not to a home page, it must be a DIRECT link to the item you would like to sell.
4. It must be a reliable supplier  That is, it should exhibit normal stock turns.  If the stock turns are overly erratic, we can not support it.
Those are our only requirements.

If you are unsure if your supplier meets our requirements, then please send us an email and we can help you with that.
